What happens if I go over my user limit?
You'll automatically be upgraded to the next tier. If you're on Starter (5 users) and add a 6th user, you'll move to Professional pricing. We'll notify you before any changes take effect.
Can I disable a module if I'm not using it?
Absolutely. Disable any module at any time and stop being charged for it. Your data is preserved, so you can re-enable it later without losing anything.
Is there a setup fee or onboarding cost?
No setup fees for Starter and Professional tiers. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding support, which is included in your custom pricing.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes! Save 20% when you pay annually. Annual plans also include priority support and extended data retention.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH transfers, and wire transfers for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
